		<description>That lady sounds pretty loony. Just because you&#039;re out of breath certainly doesn&#039;t mean you need an ambulance! She should have minded her own business. I would have listened to you when you said you were working out. Definitely not her place to call an ambulance for you.

If the ambulance did come, you can simply explain what happened and tell them you do not wish to be transported. They would obtain a refusal from you, and make you sign a form stating they are not responsible if something does happen to you. If you refuse to be transported, you (or the crazy telemarketer) will not have a bill. You are not billed if you are not transported.</description>
