Why can’t Apartment complexes or communities give better recycling sources to tenants? It’s such a waste?

Commercial Mortgage FAQ
I had to sell my home because of finances. When I moved to a rental community, it was horrific. I asked about recycling and they told me where the dump was. No recycling. Bottles, plastic, glass all over the place. Trash can be lighter and brighter giving back. I think city & state officials should INSIST that all commercial & residential have options.

that is pretty bad, you should see what you can do about getting a recycling center in your building or at the least get your own bin and inspire others to do so as well.
at my collage i wrote a petition and got recycling bins put in. it does take some work but i personally think its worth it in the end.
good luck!

I know, many of the affordable rental complexes don’t have good recycling bins. And if they have any at all their too small for the number of tenants they house.
