Where can I find private lenders for real estate investments?

Where can I find private lenders for real estate deals? I want to invest houses and get hard money, or private financing for the loans, but it is hard to find private investors to fund them. Any help would be great!

The best way for you to secure private real estate partners for investing is to present your case to them that it is a win-win situation for you both. This is true because the “hard money” loan is secured. If you lack confidence or find yourself of track during your presentation, try this website’s powerpoint presentation to help you out.
