You can look at about $250.00 Per Sq. Ft. including the land.

If it were me, I would have modular apartment built, fast turn around, they get about $55.00 sq ft.
I read about a guy that did this, only with condo’s, he paid 5M for 100 condos – turnkey. Sold them all and doubled his money.
Go modular.

Rule of thumb is $50 per square foot. Depending on how upscale you want to make it, it can go up from there, providing the land is not included.
