What is a reasonable annual fee for a business line of credit?

Do banks charge annual fees based on the value of the business loc? If annual fee is a norm then what is a reasonable fee?

if its a big bank than its free

Anything more than FREE is overpriced.
Many credit card companies offer Business Credit Cards.
