I think that $85 billion doesn't evaporate without someone committing a crime. No bailout without looking for the culprit(s). Some of that money very probably went into campaign funds. That is a pretty substantial error for such a basic math function as division. I would love to give you a loan though... say I give you a $200,000 loan to be paid over 30 years. All you have to do is pay me $10,000 a months over 20,000 payments and we are even. Seriously though, if you ever do try to go get a loan or deal with money in anyway, you need to hire an accountant to help you out are you are going to get ripped off big time once they realize you can't divide. 85 billion / 200 million = $425 so your math was off by a factor of 1000 times. That is a pretty substantial error for such a basic math function as division.
