I made some big mistakes this year. I got a 4 suite apartment, which is in a bad neighborhood, that I probably overpaid for. I also got a house for the person who helped get me financing for the apartment. The agreement was he pays for the house mortgage until he is able to refinance it in 6 months. He couldn’t make payments after a few months, and I am stuck with the house too. I want out of both deals so bad, my credit is shot because of late payments, the house is almost 3 months behind, i’m screwed. What’s the best way to get rid of everything? Short sale, bankruptcy, what? I don’t want to do something where i give them up, then have to pay the difference, i have no money for that! God i’m so young and stupid!!

The church needed repairs. It started off repairing a few things, next thing NEW CHURCH…. 0,000 is the cost so far. When applying for a loan for a new church who applies for the loan? And should it be made known to the church members
who signed for the loan? Only certain people in the church know what is really going on. That is not right. Now they have devised a "plan" to make people "give" to help the churchs’ debt when they have all these secrets about the what, wheres, and hows. We are being kept in the dark. At least that is how I feel. Help me please. The plan is a "marketing plan "that is twisting the arms of the members to give more money and making them feel guilty by using scriptures if they cant do as they are asked. You can’t give what you don’t have. A lot of members are on a fixed income.God provides I know. But at the same time we must exercise common sense in how we handle our affairs. I need a better understanding on this subject.

Is America in a financial crisis because everyone there is giving all their money to the televangelists and hoping god will pay their mortgages?

If you had any stock in CIT, (Commercial Investmant Trust), you LOST it all. CIT filed bankruptcy in Nov. 2009. Stock within that company became null and void … GONE! Stocks continued trading under the name, but new stocks were brought in as replacements. I find this all interesting because CIT really helped mainstreet America by keeping the revolving door of credit to all the mid-sized businesses in America … including popular national chains where we all shop all the time! WHY, I wonder, would Obama choose NOT to bail them out, when he bailed the likes of the fraudulent banks out? Could it be one more eye opener to the FACT that he is purposely trying to take down America? Wake up, folks, we have a storm brewing, and a big fight to Win with a country to save!!! God Bless!
