Howard has been involved in real estate law and financing for decades. His experience includes representation of clients in connection with real estate transactions including all aspects of acquisitions and dispositions, tax free exchanges, development, leasing and financing.

Anthon and his wife and son relocated to the United States from South Africa in 1999 (though he has Permanent Resident status in the USA, some say he still has a wee bit of an accent!), where he was in banking for over 35 years, the last 15 years in commercial lending.

Anthon has an MBA in finance, as well as degrees in Business Administration and Executive Development; has been a Licensed Mortgage Professional (LMP) since 2002; and a Licensed Financial Adviser (LFA) since 2001. He has previously worked for American Express Financial Advisers here in the Twin Cities. Anthon works on residential, commercial, and construction loans.
