I want to boy “stratus” franchise plan it’s commercial cleaning business I need 20-30$ for start I would barrow or would get some kind of personal loan but my credit score is 670 and I have no property no one want to give me money I would pay 15-18 % but……… maybe you know some banks or organizations, sagest me how to get out from this situation thanks so much SOS

With your credit score and the amount you plan to borrow, you should be able to get personal loan from http://www.prosper.com. This is a legitimate site that has been reviewed in lots of national publications.
On an unrelated subject. A cleaning business is somewhat difficult to setup, unless you are willing to get down on your knees and do the cleaning yourself. The biggest challenge being maintaining reliable workforce. When hiring part-time hourly workers with minimum wage, there is very little for them to loose. They can easily find another minimum labor job somewhere else. You will be dealing with a very "dynamic" workforce. So be prepared to do a lot of the work yourself.

You need $20, or $20,000?
If you can’t get a loan for some of the money, you’ll have to save it all up first before you can buy the franchise. It would be a rare franchise agreement that didn’t require that at least some of the money, usually a significant amount, be non-borrowed money.
