Is it possible to purchase an apartment as a student with little finances?

I just recently graduated from Grafton Career Academy and am looking for an apartment in Rhode Island.

If you have no rental history you may need a co-signer. Try to find a place with 6 month leases. After your lease is fullfilled you can carry the lease in your own name. I just went through this very thing with my 18 year old. Good luck!!
