I am a potential businessman, and I wou dlike to know if it is possible to get a line of credit or business credit with less than perfect credit. I have most of thi things that I need, I just need a way of getting them with the right amount of capital.

No the same criteria is used because as a new business you have to submit all your personal info and that is used to make the decision until you build business credit.
Way to often people are ruining thei own credit and thinking by getting a business license they can start over with the charging history, doesn’t work like that.

You can use credit repair agency to fix your credit, for example this site -
credit-report-free.totalh.com
They can clean lots of bad stuff from your credit report – and do it much faster than yourself, so your credit will go up fast.
After credit repair you can get the loan with minimal interest rate.
