I was given a credit card with a 5k line, and out of the blue they reduced it in half.?

Business Line Of Credit
This is a business card, I was relying on the full use of the credit line for business, now I am stuck. I contacted them and they said I had too much credit, if you can believe it. I don’t think it is fair and they are not going to get paid.

Don’t shot yourself in the foot. If you do not make the payments you will not be extended additional credit later. Try applying for another card. If you get 2 card for 2500, you still have the 5K available. And you are right, life is not fair.

In the "contract" there is a paragraph about reducing customer’s credit line if they feel like it for ANY reason. So don’t get upset, just apply for another credit card. Try Providian credit, I believe it’s now WAMU. They usually give high credit lines,of course with high APRs. Good luck!
