I want to be a Commercial Loan Officer?

I would like to start generating commercial loans,
Does any one have any advice that can help me out?
maybe some good websites or lenders.

All info will be beneficial to me on this quest to be an independant loan officer

What experience do you have?

Do you have any experience as a loan officer at all?

Most of the loan officers that I know are going bankrupt because they cannot get enough business to pay their bills.

I recommend that you ask yourself: why would someone choose you to represent them to get a loan?

Why do you think that you will be able to get business where all of these other loan officers cannot get business?

Commercial loan originations is a lucrative but tough business. (I was an originator in a commercial mortgage brokerage). If you are going to be independent, you should look to team up with somebody so you have common resources with which to expand from.
