i need ideas on how to contact donors that are willing to donate to church for a building fund ?

This fund is to allow our church to buy the property. We were given 6 months to raise funds and come up with a business proposal out lining how we intend to pay the loan that we get for the remaining balance. This church is very special to me and has served this community for 8 years if anyone has any suggestions please contact me.
