I am looking to purchase a home in a rural nc area, does anyone know any hard money lenders that do rural nc?

Most lenders require hard money loans to be in a city based area. I have found a gold mine property worth twice as much as asking price. Our credit score is in the 500’s.

If the developers are not looking at it, the property may be shiny, but not gold.

A 500 score should be telling you that you’ve leaped before you’ve looked before. Do I know hard money lenders? Yes. If you’re working with a Realtor, s/he does also. If you’re working on your own, then it could be that you don’t listen very well.
