I am a loan broker and want to add commercial lenders to my portfolio and sell commercial loans. Any lenders??

I want to offer commercial loans. I am runnimg into lenders that do the loans themselves. We want to send in broker packages to them and sell their loans. Moreover, we would like to find lenders that offer interest only loans.. Thanks

There's a dropdown for commercial, you can do a lender search. This should give you at least a handful of names.

Also, try C-loans.com They can take referrals and pay you, or show you how to do them yourself.

I don't know what state you're in, but we use Silver Hill Financial. Alot of commercial lenders like to pay you a finders fee and do the loan themselves. Are you talking light commercial? There are a lot more residential lenders that are willing to do light commercial..like under $500,000 ..

There are a ton of lenders that still offer interest only loans.
