Well, I should say I can’t afford to find somewhere to live because I am unable to find a job to help finance my living expenses. I’ve been living with a friend for the past month. It is a miserable situation, as I feel obligated to rely on those around me to survive. Is there no help or authority I can seek who can help me snag a simple job?
Apply as I might, I have no luck and I cannot continue living like this.

Hello, my bf and I just bought our first apartment, we are moving in on the 12th. I need to call to set up an account with electricity company in Huntsville, tx, but Iv no idea what type of questions to ask and Im terrified that I will screw things up and we`ll never be able to get an apartment again. Our finances are super tight so I need the best deal possible.

I go to church and there is this man that i am really attracted to. The only problem is i am 25 and he is 46. However he is successful he has his own company and a house with a mortgage. He doesn’t know that i like him because i get nervous and find it difficult to start a conversation with him. Lately he has started to say hello to me. What do i do i like him so much, is he too old for me.

So my pastor just started his ministry a couple of months ago. And well he started this business selling slim fit body suits that compress your skin and make you look skinnier, and energy drinks that are designed to help you lose weight…

The lady who sold him the material told him she was a prophet of God, and that her husband was an apostle. She said she had 19 churches in Jamaica and 2 in America (She lives in the states)

Some things that should be noted

a) The lady travelled 2000 miles… to sell a 0 product to 15 people… If she is that poor where would she get the money to fly a plane to Jamaica every single year?

b) She lives in the states, so why would she have more churches in Jamaica then she does in America?

c) She said herself she cannot afford the mortgage on her house and yet she goes to Jamaica all the time?

d) She "prophesied" to my pastor that God would make him a millionaire through this business she was getting him involved in…

I asked my pastor "how do you know she is a real pastor?" and then my pastor said "NO!!! You take people at their word. No one has anything other than their word."

We are 30 years old and have a little over 200,000. mortgage. Even in this economy we have over 100,000. in equity because my husband built our home. We have no investments other than our home and my husbands display lot (he is a carpenter and building garages and storage sheds, this lot is a commercial piece of property and we owe about 35,000. it would sell right now for about 70,000. with some time on the market.) These two real estate investments are it for us. We have been making extra payments on the commercial lot and hope to pay it off int he next 5 years. We usually pay about 0.00 extra on our home each month. We are a corporation so we choose not to pay into S.S. We do qualify for it though because we have paid in for enough years. We need to think about our future and we just aren’t sure where we need to focus our attention….Pay the mortgage off asap or invest in a IRA or what? I will really look forward to some intelligent advice!!!! Thanks so so much!
P.S. We have very small car loans totaling about 10,000. for both vehicles. We have a very low interest rate on a school loan.
