Question Details:She said it was just a piece of paper and was thinking about finances. If she was divorced, she thinks more opportunities will open up for her. She is wanting to start a business and maybe go to college. What would be the advantages and disadvantages . Understand I am in total agreement with her about the piece of paper. We were married in the church and the paper is for the government only. We can put all the property in whichever name that would be most beneficial Any serious input will be appreciated,,,income taxes,,loans..school grants,,scholarships,,welfare,,ect.
come on people,,we can put all the property in my name,,that is the only way that this would work,,as far as cheating the system–I did not write the laws–if I can arrange my circumstances for my benefit ,,how is that cheating–do you realize how many years we took a hit on taxes because we were married
