Are you looking forward to going bankrupt? You are flirting with disaster here. If you haven’t $1.2 million of your own money to spend on this, why would anyone sane loan you theirs? You do know the stats on the % of restaurants that go under in the 1st year right?

Answering this type of question kills my BA percentage, but I cannot resist warning you.
